Refund Policy

At sKWeaky Clean, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every client to be completely happy with our work. This Refund Policy outlines how we handle situations where our service doesn't meet your expectations.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all cleaning services. If you're not happy with the quality of our clean, we'll make it right:
- Contact us within 24 hours of your completed service.
- Describe the specific areas or issues that didn't meet your expectations.
- We will schedule a complimentary re-clean of those areas within 3 business days.
2. Refund Eligibility
If a re-clean does not resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund:
- Full Refund: If we are unable to perform the re-clean within the 3-business-day window, or if the re-clean still does not meet reasonable standards, a full refund will be issued.
- Partial Refund: If only a portion of the service was unsatisfactory and cannot be corrected, a partial refund proportional to the affected areas may be issued.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of service completion.
- Include your name, service date, and a description (photos are helpful) of the areas in question.
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Cash payments will be refunded by check or digital transfer.
5. Cancellation Refunds
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund of any prepaid amount.
- Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost may apply. The remainder will be refunded.
- No-show (no notice): No refund. The full estimated service fee applies.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued in the following situations:
- Claims made more than 24 hours after service completion.
- Dissatisfaction caused by pre-existing damage, stains, or conditions beyond normal cleaning capabilities.
- Services that were completed as described and agreed upon.
- Issues caused by client-provided cleaning products or instructions.
7. Recurring Service Credits
For recurring service clients, instead of a refund, we may offer a credit toward your next scheduled cleaning. Credits do not expire while your recurring agreement is active.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, please reach out to us directly. We are committed to finding a fair resolution and value every client relationship.
