These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of sKWeaky Clean LLC's ("we," "us," or "our") website and cleaning services. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
sKWeaky Clean provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Las Vegas and Pahrump, Nevada areas. Services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleanup, window cleaning, and related add-on services.
2. Booking & Scheduling
- Services are scheduled based on availability. We will confirm your appointment via email or phone.
- Please ensure someone 18 years or older is available to provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Accurate information about your property (size, condition, pets, access) helps us provide the best service and accurate pricing.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual property condition, size, and scope of work.
- We will communicate any price adjustments before beginning work.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and digital payment methods.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice incur no charge.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost.
- No-Show: If we arrive and cannot access the property without prior notice, the full estimated service fee may apply.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning:
- Contact us within 24 hours of the completed service.
- We will return to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional charge.
- The re-clean must be scheduled within 3 business days of the original service.
6. Access & Property
- You are responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, and important documents before our team arrives.
- Please inform us of any areas that should not be cleaned or require special attention.
- If you provide keys or access codes, we will handle them securely and return them promptly.
7. Liability & Insurance
- sKWeaky Clean is fully licensed and insured in the state of Nevada.
- We take every precaution to prevent damage. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, please report it within 24 hours.
- We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or items left in areas being cleaned.
- Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8. Pets
Please inform us of any pets in the home when booking. For the safety of our team and your pets, we ask that animals be secured in a safe area during the cleaning service.
9. Health & Safety
- We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please let us know in advance.
- For the safety of our team, please inform us of any hazardous materials, biohazards, pest infestations, or unsafe conditions before service begins.
- We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions pose a health or safety risk to our team.
10. Recurring Services
- Recurring service agreements (weekly, biweekly, monthly) include discounted rates as advertised.
- Recurring services can be paused or canceled with 7 days' written notice.
- Discounted rates apply only to active recurring agreements. One-time services are billed at standard rates.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of sKWeaky Clean LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
